Good communication with this company since ive had the transplant over a week ago(I've been talking with John) they get back to you quickly and give you guidance as to what to do day by day and check in to see if you're doing okay and how the healing is going, would definitely recommend

Had my HT two weeks ago. The two weeks post surgery, John checked in with me each day to see how I was getting on and to answer any questions I had. Further progress checks will come in future, but I'd feel comfortable contacting John at any time if I have any questions. After a lot of research and comparing clinics in the UK and abroad, I chose Now — and I’m really glad I did. Karl was fantastic from the start. He was calm, efficient and genuinely caring. 7 months into my hair journey Now has been an incredible service to use, when I started thinning it was a big mental challenge, but Now redirected me other services that could prevent my thinning, and help retain some thicker locks again, Now and the team and been persistent in not just making me get a hair transplant with them untill I have given enough time with other products to see complete results, I rate this highly, not just in it for themselves, but all about others too. I had my hair transplant in November 2025 in Manchester after speaking to Scott. All went well on the day apart from the pain of the anesthetic, which isn't the most fun haha. I was then looked after by Kerry, who was amazing and took care of me throughout the first 2 weeks post opp. Spoke to her everyday and she guided me through the recovery process and was always there if I had any worries or questions. I was then passed back to Scott who has also been amazing throughout the last 9 months. Always there to answer any questions you have and he gets back to you very quickly. Cant thank Now Cosmetics enough for all the advice, help and reassurance they have given me through this process. I have been using the combination spray from Sons for the last 8 months or so and I have also been using their caffeine Shampoo and hair growth tablets. I am at the 9 month stage now and as anyone that has had a transplant will tell you, its difficult to trust the process when you are always comparing yourself to other peoples pictures online, and see other results at this stage that you feel look better than yours. I have a hairline now which looks great, but is still not as dense as I would of hoped for. As always Scott has been great and reassured me this is normal and we would expect more growth in the coming months. I look forward to seeing the final results over the next few months or so. Would definitely recommend Now Cosmetics if you're thinking of getting this done!

With all these 5 star reviews it’s easy to be sceptical. But I can confirm it is the real deal! Amazing service at a very very reasonable price. It’s quite a daunting process after the procedure. From my initial enquiry with Now Hair, the experience has been excellent throughout. John Davey gave me good, realistic advice, and was helpful, patient and reassuring with my many questions. The procedure on the day was much easier than I'd imagined, with a very friendly and professional team in London. The after care advice has been superb, with John checking in with me daily to make sure everything was healing and progressing as it should. I know I have to be patient now, but I'm excited to see the results in the coming months.

Karl was great from my first contact to months after the transplant and all the time between. There is no pressure after you have made contact (not like one in turkey I contacted) you can keep going back with any questions and when the time is right you are guided through the whole process. Karl was always asking me to send pictures to make sure everything was on track. I wouldn’t consider going else if I was to have a top up.

I had my transplant around 18months ago and like us all I was concerned that it wouldn’t work .Karl gave me reassurance that if the transplant wasn’t what I wanted it to look like they would redo it totally for free or add extra if necessary.Well I sent in my 1 year hair shot (image) picture and they asked me if I was happy with my results to date.I replied with YES but sometimes in certain light it can look thin but overall amazing outcome. I’m 2 weeks post and really pleased with how things have gone so far. The service I’ve had from John from Now Hair has been superb. What I like is his down to earth, honest take on everything. I had my first transplant with Now Hair 2 years ago now. I got in touch with Scott from Now Hair regarding my crown area, which was 1 of 2 areas covered on my first procedure. After speaking with Scott, he got me re booked in for a follow up procedure to add more density to my crown area. The service I've received on both occasions has been 10/10. The customer service from NOW hair has been great (3 weeks post procedure right now) Karl has walked me through every step before and most importantly afterwards, making sure I know what to expect and how to care for my hair during the recovery stage, I cannot fault the service, you would not be disappointed the clinic and doctor they use are very professional, also reaching out to you checking you are recovering well, the technicians made sure on the day that I was as comfortable as you could be, and keeping me updated on what was happening at each stage, again a really good service provided.

Im only 12 or so days in at free the procedure so can only comment up to now but the early signs look really positive. This was the cheapest quote could find for what I wanted (my sides were receding) and even cheaper than Turkey. Every thing ran smoothly on the day the team were great. Only a couple of improvements 1) the nurse did the health questionnaire with me in the waiting room infront of other ppl. Some ppl might find this uncomfortable. 2) The Dr (who did an excellent job and is very talented) tries to sell you everything under the sun After the procedure the aftercare team was second to none. Absolutely brilliant and really makes sure I was on track with the recovery. I really recommend using them as overall the service had been brilliant.

I’m currently 11 days post op and I have only good things to say. Kerry’s aftercare is second to none, re-assuring, regular check ups and just a great service. Never had to ask many questions as all the information received was so thorough. On the day Dr Manir and he’s team were amazing and although I’m only 11 days post op I’m extremely happy with the results. I cant wait to see how it turns out and will update the review in 6-12 months.

My time with Now Hair so far has been absolutely fantastic! I was very anxious in making the decision to have the procedure after speaking to different companies, but a 20 minute phone call with Karl he put me at ease. Within 30 minutes of leaving my procedure I had a message from Kerry the NOW nurse checking in to ensure I was ok & that everything had gone well with the procedure. Checked in with me daily for the first 3 days. Then every 2 days depending on progress. I honestly couldn’t recommend Now Hair enough. John has been amazing from start to finish and was always quick to reply to any questions I had. My procedure took place in Manchester on Saturday 20th December, and he talked me through everything before and after, which made the whole thing feel really easy and stress-free. At first I thought this was too good to be true and thought it wasn’t true, after speaking to John over the phone, he answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease. John helped me through my experience, he was very helpful throughout the build up to surgery and the post 2 weeks, and the best thing was that I had all the admin side done for me! I had 3,950 hair follicles transplanted to give me my hairline back on the 12.12.25, I am writing this review two weeks later on the 26.12.25. The experience has been really positive helped by tremendous aftercare. All concerns dealt with in a very professional manner on a daily basis over the 14 days post treatment. I would definitely recommend the process as the process has had multiple benefits for me personally.

I had a great experience with Now Hair - I called almost all the hair clinics on the north of the UK it is a mine field, there is very differing advice and costs involved. I felt a lot of companies are push to get the business an sell you products. With Now I was contacted by a lovely lady Kerry who was very laid back but very informative and knowledgeable she didn’t push anything on me and explained step by step what I could expect I went to Manchester clinic an on the day it was exactly as described and I personally didn’t find it too painful The maintenance after the transplant is the hardest part particularly for the first 5 days but I was guided every step of the way by Kerry who calls you as planned regularly and requests photos but it’s imposing at all. She was always on the end of the phone to answer any doubts I had . The aftercare was fantastic Kerry sold it to me with her professionalism and she delivered on every thing she explained. Although I’m only 14 days post transplant everything is looking good and I would 100% recommend Now hair to anyone looking at a transplant

Ive recently had my 2nd transplant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough from start to finish, Kerry and Karl were absolutely amazing in there care from before the transplant to after care , Kerry goes above and beyond to make sure your looked after, if I ever need another transplant I would choose these again

I am just less than 2 weeks on from surgery and so far super impressed. Like most tried multiple clinics uk and abroad and after speaking to Karl my mind was set especially the fact they don’t chase you like others do after talking spoke volumes. It’s all a bit daunting during and after but Kerry is very good at simplifying it all and keeping you on track from that first evening, 10/10 for Kerry and Karl. I had my hair transplant done at Now Cosmetic Surgery in Manchester on July 1st and the whole experience has honestly been life changing. Before the surgery, I was really self-conscious about my hair, to the point where I’d stopped going to the gym and even stopped taking care of myself because I just thought what is the point? After saving up for a long time and doing loads of research, I decided to go with this clinic and thank god I did. From start to finish, they’ve been incredible. My results started coming through around 3 months in, and my hair has been growing fast and looking better every week. A huge shout out to Scott, who has been just a WhatsApp message away since the day I booked it earlier in the year. I’m a bit of a worrier, and the fact that one single customer like me could get that level of care and attention is honestly something special. I’ve never experienced better customer service anywhere. Another massive thanks to Kerry from aftercare, she was an absolute star during those first two weeks post surgery, which are definitely the most fragile and anxious stage. She called regularly to check in and helped with all the little worries I had while sitting at home. The day of the surgery itself was nice and easy but I won’t lie it does hurt a lot at first, kind of like getting a tooth out but with many needles rather than just one to numb the head. My advice for anyone going would be to park at the Q car park, walk to the clinic, and stay at a local hotel that night. I was back in my own bed the next day with my wife looking after me, and I took two weeks off work - stress free and followed everything they asked me to do. Which I honestly think helped my hair grow faster! I also started taking finasteride and minoxidil about 15 days after surgery for the first time and have had no side effects, just thicker, healthier hair. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Now Cosmetic Surgery more highly. If you’re on the fence do it. I’ve got my confidence back, I feel like myself again, and I finally have a hairline that looks great.

Aftercare is second to none, it's a big thing surgery but kerry was available all hours of the day answering any questions. Kerry was honestly perfect making sure i was aware of where i was at, ringing every other day as well as advising on what i should be doing when i should be doing it. 100% recommend for the aftercare!!!

Like many people, I probably looked in the mirror several times and dreamt of something that I thought was unachievable or something I wouldn’t be able to go through or even something I couldn’t afford until I spoke to Karl. The moment I spoke to Karl all of that changed! Suddenly this looked like something I could potentially go through, the whole process was explained to me thoroughly with nothing but complete honesty and factual information was given to me. At no point whatsoever was anybody pestering me, calling me, nagging or pushing any sales like you will get with other places, Karl is professional and will answer your questions and you’ll not hear from him until your ready to go to the next stage. Once I made that all important decision I was kept in the loop of the do’s and don’ts in the run up to my surgery offering me any kind of peace of mind. The surgery day itself was a complete whirlwind of emotions as you can imagine, this isn’t an easy day of course but what I can tell you is that it is very much worthwhile and this one hard day will change the rest of your life. The day is also made easier by the amazing doctors I had on the day. Where to even start with the aftercare! This was incredible! You’ll be looked after by a woman called Kerry who you’ll see mentioned in other reviews and like me you’ll just read them and think yeah ok… HOWEVER before the surgery had even finished I was greeted with a message from Kerry and that’s when the recovery process began and for the next all important 2 weeks after surgery I gained someone that was like a new friend that was on the other end of the phone daily to ensure everything was ok day and night! Kerry is very knowledgeable, she literally breaks everything down for you, and recaps all the conversations in text messages which is great for my memory, she clearly does have some kind of nursing background etc, and when I say she knows everything to do with a hair transplant she really really does. Every business needs a Kerry! Now I’m really looking forward to seeing how my hair progresses now over the following months, this time last year I thought a hair transplant was totally unachievable but thanks to this amazing company I can now sit back, relax and start to enjoy looking in the mirror again.
